Training and Support
hotelimpact’s ease of use, and the fact that it is web - based system means training is fast and straightforward and technical problems are minimised.
We do, however, believe that training and support are a critical part of hotelimpact.
During the set-up phase, e-training and ‘how to’ guides ensure staff are prepared for the successful introduction of hotelimpact
On-going support will be provided via the hotelimpact portal for most questions and personal contact with the support team is available for critical system problems.
